Practice will be closed from Friday 19th Dec 2025 at 15h00 until Monday 5th Jan 2026 at 8h00. Dietitians will continue to cover the hospitals on rotational basis every day, even on the public holidays. Patients should make sure they stock up on products and book their Vitality Assessments before year end.
