All new pilates group clients, are required to attend a minimum of 1 private session prior to joining a group class.

• Pilates orientation session (60min) — R360
• Private session (45min) — R300/session
• Semi Private – 2 people (45 min) — R350
• Semi Private – 3 people (45min) — R400
• Group – per session rate — R80/class
• Group monthly rate – 1x/week — R300/month
• Group monthly rate – 2x/week — R570/month
• Group monthly rate – 3x/week — R820/month
• Group monthly rate – 4x/week — R1100/month
• Live zoom class — R70
• Recorded class — R65
• Home exercise program prescription — R150

* Monthly (discounted) rate is due in the first week of the month.

* Per session rate is due before or directly after class.

What to bring: A large towel big enough to cover your mat OR your own mat.

No card facilities. Payment can be made in cash or EFT.
