Exercise options in Helderberg: Water Aerobics

Looking for a fun and low-impact way to stay fit and healthy? Look no further than water aerobics!

Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm @ Summervale Lifestyle Estate, Lemoenboom Rd Gordon's Bay.

Cost is R75 per class. If you pay in advance for the month it is R72.50 per class.
